About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Grounds Crew Member to join our team at McClellan Tree Service. As a Grounds Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing support to our tree care services team, performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with tree care services such as pruning, trimming, and removal
-Operate and maintain equipment such as chippers and trucks
-Assist with cleanup and disposal of debris after tree services
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
-Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisor
-Follow safety guidelines and procedures
-Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Previous experience in landscaping, tree care, or a related field preferred
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Familiarity with equipment such as chippers, trucks, and pruning tools
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
